DESCRIPTION OF WORK UNDERTAKEN:

VRV rebuilt in-situ because limited roof access and not feasible for crane lifting a replacement unit into place.

Necessary to strip down and remove manually parts via staircase access to roof.

Rebuilt new VRV unit in-situ on the roof according to manufacturers instructions to maintain Manufacturer's Warranty.

Worked with Daikin rep to complete installation in 1 day, reducing impact on the hotel's business to a minimum.
